Service IP Address Changes: Following the maintenance, the service IP addresses will be updated. To ensure seamless operation after the update, please allow the following IPs in your firewall:
IPv4: 63.97.201.67, 63.162.55.67, 200.194.241.35
IPv6: 2602:811:9007:6::61, 2602:811:900b:6::6e, 2602:811:900f:6::6e
Important Note: Allowing all listed addresses is crucial. This ensures continued connectivity even if Cisco needs to switch primary data centers or for sample interaction functionality.
