We would like to inform you that the Cisco Secure Malware Analytics Cloud service, including regions for the USA, Europe, Australia, and Canada, will be undergoing planned maintenance. This initiative is part of our commitment to providing a resilient and scalable service for our valued customers.
Maintenance Schedule: Start: Saturday, July 13th, 2024, at 21:00 UTC End: Sunday, July 14th, 2024, at 05:00 UTC
Services Impacted: During the maintenance window, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
File Analysis Portal (Panacea) API Integration Services
Each cloud service will experience downtime of up to 2 hours. The maintenance sequence will start with the Australia cloud service and will be carried out in the following order: Australia, Europe, Canada, and the USA, with each service being restored before the next region's maintenance begins.
